Shipping policy

Order Processing and Dispatch:

Weekday Orders: All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 2:00pm will be processed and dispatched on the same day, provided that the items are in stock.

Afternoon and Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 2:00pm on weekdays or on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Note: The term 'business day' excludes weekends, official holidays, and bank holidays. No dispatches will be made on these days.

Saturday Delivery:

Saturday deliveries are available on request. However, these are subject to additional charges.

Holiday Periods:

During official holiday periods, and bank holidays, our dispatch facility will be closed. Orders placed during this time will be processed on the subsequent business day.

Reporting Shortages:

Should there be any shortages in your delivery, we kindly ask you to notify us within three (3) days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for shortages not reported within this time frame.
